• Installation — stair tops, angled banisters, uneven baseboards. Send a picture and we'll walk you through it.
• Orders and returns — changes, cancellations, tracking, refunds.
• Parts — lost a pressure bolt or wall cup? We'll send spares.

Before you email

Sizing questions are the most common, and the FAQ answers most of them in under a minute. The short version: measure the opening at its narrowest point, and if you're near the top of a size range, go up a size.
