Born Light offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii. No minimum purchase or discount code is required. Select the free standard shipping option at checkout.
Optional expedited shipping
If an expedited service is available for your order, its price will be shown at checkout. Expedited shipping is optional and is not included in free standard shipping.
Processing and delivery
Our stated processing target for in-stock U.S.-warehouse orders is one business day. Standard delivery to most contiguous U.S. destinations is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Alaska, Hawaii, remote destinations, holidays and carrier delays may require additional time. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.
Tracking and delivery issues
Use the shipping confirmation and order status page to follow your shipment. For a missing, delayed, damaged or incorrect delivery, email reebusinc@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photos. Please check your delivery address before placing an order.
