Born Light Portable Folding Bed Rail for Toddlers — No Installation Required, Travel Bed Guard for Hotel & Grandma's House, Foldable, 185cm

The rail for every bed that isn't yours.

A permanent bed rail solves the bed at home. This one solves the hotel room, the grandparents' spare bed, and the holiday rental — anywhere a toddler will sleep for one night and you'd rather not gamble on a roll.

What makes it work

• Goes where the bed is — No bolts, no straps under a strange mattress, no tools. It folds flat and sets up on any adult bed in seconds — which is the whole point when you're travelling.
• Folds down for the car — Flattens to a shape you can slide under a seat or into a suitcase. A fixed rail can't do this.
• Holds without anchoring to the frame — Designed to stay put on a standard mattress without being bolted to a bed you don't own.
• Soft edges, washable cover — The cover comes off for washing — hotel beds and grandparents' spare rooms are not the cleanest environments for a toddler.
• The second rail you actually need — Most homes have one permanent rail on the main bed and need something for everywhere else.

Specifications

How to use it

1. Unfold the rail and set the feet flat.
2. Slide the base under the mattress, as far in as it will go.
3. Push down on the top rail to seat it, then pull firmly to check it holds.

One honest note: a portable rail is a travelling solution. For the bed your child sleeps in every night, the adjustable rail is more secure — this one trades a little rigidity for the ability to go with you.
