43-inch extra-tall safety gate for doorways and the bottom of stairs
A pressure-mounted walk-through gate with auto-close and a two-step lock, in black. Fits openings from 29.7–49 inches wide. Check both mounting heights before ordering.
Do not use at the top of stairs. Stop using the gate when a child can climb over, open or dislodge it.
Features
- 43-inch (109 cm) gate height.
- Pressure mounting for suitable solid, parallel mounting surfaces. Use all mounting parts required by the instruction manual.
- Auto-close when opened under 90°; stays open past 90°.
- Walk-through door with 180° two-way swing.
- Two-step locking mechanism. Check that the gate is fully latched after every use.
- Powder-coated steel frame; black finish.

Fit and installation
Measure the opening at both upper and lower mounting positions, including any baseboard offset. Both measurements must be within the 29.7–49-inch range. Assemble and install only as directed in the included manual. Do not improvise an extension, mount to an unsuitable surface or rely on pressure alone where the instructions require fixing hardware.
Suitable intended locations are doorways, hallways and the bottom of stairs. Do not install at the top of stairs, even with wall cups. Check the gate, fixings and latch regularly. Extra height does not make it suitable for a child who can climb over it.
