Do you offer free U.S. shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii. Optional expedited delivery is charged separately if selected. See our shipping information for timing and other destinations.
How long does delivery take?
For in-stock U.S.-warehouse orders, our stated processing target is one business day. Standard transit to most contiguous U.S. destinations is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii and remote destinations may take longer. Contact us if you need a particular delivery date.
Can I return my order?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us for return instructions and return-shipping arrangements before sending an item back. See Returns & Refunds.
Safety gates
Can I use this gate at the top of stairs?
No. These pressure-mounted gate listings are for doorways, hallways and the bottom of stairs. Do not install at the top of stairs. Follow the model's instruction manual and use all required mounting parts.
Which width should I choose?
The 43-inch gate has two listed opening ranges: 29.7–41 inches and 29.7–49 inches. Measure the opening at the upper and lower mounting positions, account for baseboards, and choose a range that includes both measurements. Do not install outside the stated range. For the 30-inch gate, contact us to confirm its model-specific opening range before ordering.
Should I choose a 30-inch or 43-inch gate?
Choose according to the model's permitted use, your opening dimensions and the instruction manual. Extra height does not make a gate suitable for a child who can climb over, open or dislodge it. Stop using the gate when a child can do any of these.
Will a pressure mount leave marks?
Pressure mounting reduces the need for drilling in suitable openings, but surface finishes and wall strength vary. Use all mounting parts required by the instructions, and do not assume that installation will leave every surface unmarked.

How do I choose a bed rail?
Check the rail's actual length, the mattress dimensions and thickness, bed base, permitted age and attachment requirements in the model's instructions. Do not assume a rail will fit solely from a bed size name. Email us for a fit check before buying if unsure.
