One-year product warranty
Born Light provides a one-year warranty for parts that fail during normal use. Contact us for a replacement part if a covered issue occurs within one year of delivery.

Email reebusinc@gmail.com with the product model, a description of the issue, photos or a short video, and your order number if available. Registration is not required; if you cannot find your order confirmation, contact us and we will help identify your purchase.
Stop using a product if a part is damaged, missing or no longer locks or functions correctly. Use the product only as directed in its instruction manual.
The warranty covers failures during normal use. For delivery damage or a return within the return window, see Returns & Refunds. Contact support to confirm the remedy and shipping arrangements for your case. This warranty does not limit rights available under applicable law.
